These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of AI Age Filter at aiagefilter.org (the "Service"). By using the Service, you agree to these Terms.

Adult content prohibition: The Service may not be used to upload, generate, process, request, distribute, or monetize any adult content, NSFW content, or sexually explicit content. This prohibition includes nudity, sexual acts, sexually suggestive imagery, sexual services, pornography, fetish content, and any sexualized content involving minors.

1. Accounts and Eligibility

  • You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.
  • Provide accurate information and maintain the security of your account.
  • You are responsible for all activity under your account.

2. Credits and Payments

  • Each age transformation consumes the number of credits displayed on the pricing or tool pages at the time of use.
  • Credit packs are one-time purchases and do not expire.
  • Payments are handled by our payment processor; we do not store complete payment details.
  • Credits are added to your account after a successful purchase.

3. Content and License

  • You retain ownership of photos you upload, subject to any rights owned by third parties in those photos.
  • You grant us a limited license to process your uploaded photos and generate age-filter results solely for the purpose of operating and improving the Service.
  • Subject to these Terms, you may use generated results for personal or commercial purposes unless a specific use violates applicable law or third-party rights.
  • You are responsible for ensuring your use complies with laws and does not infringe rights of others.
  • You must have the right to upload and process any photo you submit to the Service.

4. Acceptable Use

  • No illegal, harmful, harassing, or infringing content.
  • No adult content, NSFW content, or sexually explicit content, including nudity, sexual acts, sexually suggestive imagery, sexual services, pornography, fetish content, or content involving minors.
  • No attempts to reverse engineer, bypass security, or disrupt the Service.
  • No scraping or rate-limiting evasion.
  • No use of the Service for impersonation, fraud, deceptive deepfake activity, identity abuse, or unlawful surveillance.
  • No uploading of photos you do not have permission to use or photos that violate others' privacy or publicity rights.

5. Image Processing and Privacy

  • Uploaded photos are processed by our AI to create age progression or de-aging results.
  • We may temporarily store uploaded photos and outputs to operate the Service, support downloads, investigate abuse, and resolve technical issues.
  • You are responsible for ensuring uploaded photos do not contain content you are not permitted to submit.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, trademarks, software, site design, and related materials provided by AI Age Filter are protected by intellectual property laws. Except as permitted in these Terms, you may not copy, modify, or create derivative works of the Service.

7. Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, or specific outcomes. AI-edited images may require human review before use in critical applications.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AI Age Filter and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, data, or goodwill.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if required by law. You may stop using the Service at any time. Unused credits are non-refundable upon voluntary account closure.

10. Changes to the Service and Terms

We may modify or discontinue features and update these Terms. Continued use means you accept the updated Terms.
